公司依靠科技进步取得了长足的发展，自主研发的钢结构高塔融体造粒复合肥项目是国内首家钢构高塔，获得2007年国家发展和改革委员会“十大节能工程”国家财政奖励，这是公司重视科技进步、大力实施节能改造和清洁生产的重大成果。育峰钢构高塔的诞生改写了此前高塔复合肥无成套设备的历史，钢构高塔附加值高、投资相对较少、建设工期大大缩短，节约了能源和资源，此项技术达到国内领先水平。该工艺产品具有如下特点：1、颗粒圆润光滑、色泽晶莹，每个颗粒都有一个针状融化孔，具有天然的防伪功能。2、产品养分分布均匀，利于作物吸收，肥效显著，肥料利用率高。3、可以生产高氮高钾复合肥，养分配比更趋合理。4、利用熔融尿液的热量，物料水分含量很低，不易结块，具有较强的市场竞争力。5、产品结构紧密抗压，水溶性好，使用后作物发育好，茎杆强度高、根系发达、籽粒饱满，具有抗寒、抗旱抗病、抗倒伏的作用，改善了作物品质。
